Cauliflower “Veloute”, Stilton cheese rusk, parsley puree, pan roasted sunflower seeds

3rd course
Sea bass, lentil & vegetable “hash”, charred Myers lemon, herb gremolata, oven roasted tomatoes, mitsuba

4th course
Sliced prime beef, caramelized onions, truffle mashed potatoes, spiced baby carrots, Pomerol reduction

5th course
Pana cotta, mint cream, berry coulis, crushed granola
