Crispy Czech Style Potatoes

Peel Russet potatoes, cut 1/2 inch thick pieces, steam until almost done, set on paper towel and let dry.
Meanwhile, take butter out (use Organic non-salted one if possible).
Get the butter soft, add caraway seeds and pinch of salt, and mix.
Heat up nonstick pan, add Olive Oil and once hot, add potato slices, brown on each side, season with salt and pepper – also add thinly sliced onions and burn them!
Put potatoes on a side dish, butter on top and burnt onions, chop fresh green onions and sprinkle all over the dish.
