What can I say… hanging out with Richard Sanford and my management team in his Alma Rosa vinery was awesome, he made sandwiches and salad and we were sitting on long benches under large oak trees in the middle of “El Jabali Vineyard” drinking variety of his amazing wines!! ???
I have this wine on our wine list and it is a crowd pleaser!! Crisp with just the right amount of minerality, peach overtones and citrus flavors coming through on a long finish! Perfect wine for hand passed appetizers, perfect for ceviche, scallop dishes and other shellfish.
Organically farmed, a perfect summer wine.
