1st course
Small bites for two…

Crostini with reduced balsamic vinaigrette, fresh mozzarella, strawberries and arugula…

Mac ‘n’ cheese with smoked bacon, white truffle oil and sharp cheddar…

Charred zucchini “chips” with lemon-tarragon and chipotle vinaigrette.

2nd course
Lobster bisque with fresh chives and shrimp “popcorn”.

3rd course
Seafood platter with jumbo scallop, root vegetable puree and herb-lemon sauce accompanied
by Shetland salmon with shrimp risotto and caper-lemon buerre blanc.

4th course
Meat platter with Niman Ranch beef tenderloin in a dark chocolate, port and chili sauce on a bed
of stilton-chive mashed potatoes with kale braised in wine and balsamic accompanied by
slowly braised beef in Hungarian paprika-IPA beer stock.
Served with spaetzle

5th course
All about chocolate – platter for two…
espresso chocolate brownie “tower”, chocolate truffles and
fresh sautéed berries with vanilla cream and chili.
