Saturday, November 16th at 7:00pm @ the Sherman Oaks Location

1st course
Tower of fresh mozzarella, 3 “kinds” of tomatoes, basil and pomegranate puree and drizzle of Brunello di Moltacinno extra virgin olive oil

2nd course
Vegan soup of wild mushrooms, potatoes and fresh herbs

3rd course
Sautéed Lake Erie whitefish, carrot & potato mash, lemon – parsley gremolata

 4th course
Braised Niman ranch beef, house made potato gnocchi and IPA – red paprika sauce

5th course
Crepes filled with bananas, warm chocolate and mint cream

Please NO substitutions or changes…$49.95 per person plus tax and 18% gratuity

Blu Jam Café’s private dinners will be held once a month at either its Hollywood or Sherman Oaks location. We can only allow 50 guests, so seating will be limited.
