Uncompromising when it comes to creativity and quality, Blu Jam Cafe celebrates breakfast as the most important meal of the day. Our food is the focus and our customers are the heartbeat of everything we do. We now serve the greater LA region with seven locations.

OUR STORY

It started out as an idea between friends. Blu Jam, a casual cafe that was born in Hollywood and utilizes seasonal local ingredients to create gourmet breakfast and lunch dishes at an affordable price. Friends and partners Kamil Majer and David Fris shared that dream, which ultimately became a reality in 2006 when our doors first opened on Melrose Avenue.
